Even though I configured mine to be a "bomb shelter" I'll most likely keep it open to reduce condensation. And I always like a nice view.

I just wanted something a step up from the Superfly so I can really hunker down if the weather is nasty. Of course, now that I bought this it will be sunny and clear every winter trip going forward.

    6 snaps
middle 4 are 12" inches apart.

Mine is 13' and the finest, most spacious tarp I could ever want,...can't imagine anyone not liking everything about Jared's design and finished product, the WH.

KAM snaps on doors: Male on left/Female on right - 1st one 6” from top, then 11 3/8” to the 2nd
    thru 6th one 11 3/8” apart. The 6th one ends up 1 3/4” - 2” from the bottom.

Thanks a lot! I'll probably give it whirl since you guys seem to like them so much.

NOTE: If installing KAM snaps yourself place them on the hem for maximum hold, and be sure to squeeze the pliers tightly, really tight to insure the snap doesn't pull out of the fabric when unsnapping them.

    13' winter tarp?

Thanks my winter tarp has grosgrain down the door edges. I don't think I'd try installing snaps otherwise.

That's no condemnation of snaps in a bare hem, just of my DIY abilities...

I've installed Kam snaps on 4 tarps now, including a Superfly, none of which have had grosgain on the hem. Never had any problems with any of them.
