    down storeage

    Is it bad to store your down quilts under or over in the attic. I have them stored loosely in a rubber maid box.

    i dont think its that bad. thats what i did for a while, i just made sure i rotated them so that the one on the bottom doesn't stay down there too long or that i just put them in storage bags so that i looked like a 6 pack of quilts. right now i'm thinking about making a rack that holds my sleeping bags hanging from the foot end out of thin pvc piping and t joints and such... but i have yet to do that so we'll see.
