-40 is what I want to sleep in....but it is a elusive temperature.
-28c, my lowest, is actually really nice cause the air here is dry...I hate dampness.
Either side of -18c I enjoy immensely ...dry cold crisp but at the rate we are going here this yr that might be elusive.

Definitely not 7 degrees with a 20 mph wind. That’s what I had last weekend. Give me 40-50 and it’s paradise

My preference is 30-45 for overall comfort. I don't mind the 20's in the bag, but getting out to pee is harder in that range. Unfortunately, I just don't get enough time to enjoy those temps down here in South/Central Texas. I try to get out as much as possible during this time of year though. Planning a trip to Montana during late July-Aug 2019 to try to enjoy some night time temps in that range during my off-season. Whoop!!

50 to 65°F is my ideal comfort range. In that ballpark, I don't have to worry too much about what specific quilts to bring since any of mine would be suitable for it.

I would have gone for a 20-40 or 20-50 range. I'm not down into the cold, cold stuff yet, but I do like it cooler than 60.
