    Skins for the bigger tarps?

So, love my winterdream13. But would like a pair or single net skin to make packing up easier. And all I see out there are skins to 12 feet....

skins are so easy to make if you have even basic sewing skills-plus you can customize them to what ever size you need!
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

I have an ENO Profly XL I use when not hiking. It is 13 feet. I have put it in both the Hammock Gear and Dutchware single skins just fine.

Thanks for the reminder! I forgot about a skin for the new tarp I have coming. 12' of XL fabric, so I'm thinking the HG skin will be enough.

p.s. I spoke too soon! The mesh sleeve from HG is no longer on their site. Got a 404 error when digging deeper.

p.p.s. The sleeve from Dutch looks almost identical so I'll go with that. 10% off right now too

I use these https://hennessyhammock.com/products/snakeskins-xl on a 12' tarp with around a foot of overlap. Hennesey specs them at 82"-84" Times 2 is 164" or 13'8" for 4 inches of overlap. Sounds tight on paper, but it's more than enough.

Edit: I find it easiest to roll my tarp up ie just grab the bottom corners on the end I'm snakeskinning and do a quick loose roll. Get the groundlines inside the roll and slide the snakeskins over that. Takes an extra 3 seconds, but it's worth it)
