Looking ahead at the weather a bit. Looks to be a cold one for sure. Not much moisture in the forecast for now but maybe some snow will come in for the weekend.

Directionally challenged...comicly so.
Not all who wonder are lost...But I'm probably just lost.
Curious what the cooking arrangements are like. I'm used to bushcraft style cooking tripods and reflector ovens for winter hangs. Is this a thing here? just curious what gear to bring and/or start making.

If the weather is that cold I might need to borrow something’s as well.
Maybe. What do you all day to stay warm?

Silverpalm, I’ll be there Friday and Saturday nights and might loan you a top and bottom quilt rated 20. Good to 25, I’ve not tested them below 25.
What are you bringing?
If forecast is in low teens or lower, I might stack my 20 and my zero sets—if so, I would not loan you quilts.
I have a 20° incubator under quilt I could put a 3 season jar bridge under as well. I have been using basically sleeping bags for top quilts. I have one rated to 30°. I went to Wahha in watoga once and it got cold 30°’s I believe. I double stacked sleeping bags and was warm enough. I will have to double up some of my layers I guess.
