Tex Mex making me hungry. Do we step forward and volunteer various dishes and or ingredients?
Does this happen organically or do we need someone (not me) to step up and take the bull by the horns and guide our progress?
Can Tex Mex dishes be made with some seasoning and some spices without catching mouths on fire? Maybe with any real hot sauce and jalapeños served on the side and not already added to the pot? I’m thinking a child should be able to eat most of the main dishes. And anyone can add the heat to their individual plate.
Seasoning and spices are not necessarily synonymous with Carolina Ghost Peppers.
Y’all jump in and add your ideas and steps forward.
