Hammock accessories for storage TQ in camp.

Hello to all fans of Dream Hammock!

When I camp in the woods for several days, I do not know where to put the TQ during the day?
I do not like to pack a TQ every day in a compression bag.
I would buy a Gear Sling or a Peak Shelf, but it seems to me that the TQ does not fit in them. May be I wrong?
What accessories do you usually use for storing large things like a TQ?

I use an Outdoor Research pack liner which is basically a big 45L dry bag. During the day it's empty and I have it with me anyway, so I put it in there loosely and roll it close. "Double duty" so no extra weight or bulk. Keeps it totally dry and bug-free (spiders especially love exploring new things). It's also nice for keeping sleep clothes or anything else out of the way.

I often just hang my TQ over the hammock or tarp ridgeline to hang it out of the way or air out.

I usually just leave mine stretched out in the hammock or throw it over the ridgeline as Shug said. If it’s particularly windy, I’ll put it loosely back in the compactor bag in my backpack. Since that’s basically empty, the quilt can take up the full space and doesn’t really compress much.

Either over the ridgeline, just loose in the hammock when in a netted hammock, or in the Xtra Large Oversize Mesh Pocket on my ridgeline https://hennessyhammock.com/products...ne-mesh-pocket.

I leave it in the hammock all stretched out and close the hammock over it by folding over each side like a burrito. In my mind, it helps to keep out the scorpions and air-bourne dirt.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

Tucked under my tarp ridgline generally. Or thrown/wrapped around my hammock foot end ridgeline

The Gear Sling should be big enough to hold most top quilts. If you have a specific size in mind, just let us know and we'd be happy to build you a larger one. Here's a photo show it stuffed with a 20 degree quilt.

Where do you put the UQ? I just leave my TQ in the hammock.
