Last year, the NC Hammock Hangers (Facebook group based in RDU) held education sessions at Wake County Public Libraries around the county. I was one of the instructors at two of the libraries.

I’m happy to teach, show and share.

I've been wanting to do a Kayak fishing trip from the dam to RR and camp at the canoe-in sites. Then fish the next day and take out at Lillington.

Fellow Durmite here (Hwy 98/Falls Lake area). There's a couple of free, primitive campsites along the Falls Lake section of the MST. We should throw together a Triangle Hang this spring.

Edit - I should have specified that they are both hike-in sites. I think the one at possum track is only about 1/2 mile from the nearest trail head though....

I just realized it last year after driving by their new shop on Miami Blvd for over year thinking, "Why do I know that name...." LOL
They are good peoples.
