    WTT/WTB: Alcohol stove pot stand

I have a Starlyte and might get a Starlyte XL3 soon. I've made a *really* basic hinge stand that isn't all that stable for the pot & skillet I like to use.

So...I'm looking for something that is more stable but still packable and/or breaks down flat.

I'd prefer to trade if possible, but I'm open to just paying for a stand you don't use.

Looks nice, but that's pretty close to what I made. I'm looking something with a slightly wider base. Although...how stable is yours on the ground?

When I used it I usually put it on an alu vapor barrier, so it was stable enough for the pots I used.. largest is an MLD 850. The one FJRpilot has looks pretty slick. Or maybe one of the Esbit stands?

@FJRpilot - I have a set of titantium Siege Stove cross members and a sheath (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects...-survival-stov)

Would you be interested in a straight trade to try something new?

While your offer is interesting, I have too many stoves, I’m looking to thin out my kit (I’m a stove-a-holic, I must have 20) . The Titanium stand I showed you was initially offered as a kickstarter ( I missed it), so I purchased it retail ($40) back in 2014. The company has since gone out of business.

I’ve used it exactly one time in a test burn with a Trangia stove. Literally a week after I got this, my son bought me a Titanium Caldera cone setup for my birthday which is my go to hiking stove. So it has been sitting on the gear shelf collecting dust.

Still looking? If so you may want to bump it at least once every week. Items that are inactive are subject to being removed from the Market Place area, it allows members to know you are still interested and it will keep the moderators from "pinging" you! (Bumps mean to respond in the post)
