Smoke free and pet free home. Everything is in great shape, just need to make room and fund a project. I last used the items on a 1 week trip to Yosemite Sept 2018. Cleaned and put away for the winter. I store everything in the spare bedroom of the house and not in the garage or shed. I live in Riverside, CA and will consider offers on in person pick up.
