50/50 Duck/Goose Down supplier

Wondering if anyone has a lead on the down that Marty from Outdoor Wilderness Logics was supplying?

I'm experimenting with taking 800fp down pillows from Amazon and using the down from them. Initial results look good, we'll see once I get the next quilt built.

Only disappointment so far was the fill was light - maybe 17 oz, so we're at $7.79 per oz. No smell and no feathers found yet. Loft looks on par or better than the WL stuff, but we'll see.

The Dreamstead pillow down appears to be comparable to the Wilderness Logics Stuff. Feather quantity is a bit more, the down clusters overall are larger.

4 more baffles left to fill on a a 12 baffle 78" underquilt. We'll see after it all spreads out.

I'm expecting the East Coast Bedding pillow to be similar.

About $7 per ounce which I think was a bit more. The East Coast Bedding pillow should be 5-5.5 an ounce which I think was cheaper.

I used the CatSplat worksheet with 800fp and a 30% overstuff and everything turned out as expected - nice even loft. I'll know this weekend after a couple nights spent in the low 20's. Less odor too than WL, but the WL wasn't bad.
