You did not state the dates you are planning your trip, but make sure you check the weather and bring the appropriate clothing and sleep setup. Most Spring breaks in this part of the country are in early to middle March. Temps can change from very pleasant to fairly chilly from day to day in early March. This is very true. Most people think that GA = south = warmth, but you can definitely hit cold weather up in the mountains. There are plenty of places to explore in north GA. Have fun on your trip and please post a post-trip report.
