    Business Ethics

In mid December, I placed an order w/ George for a tarp, TQ and UQ. A week ago, I realized I had ordered a gray tarp and wanted green. He emailed me back promptly and adjusted my order.

2 days ago, on the forums, I was informed the TQ and UQ I ordered were gonna be overkill and I contacted George again. I apologized for being a nuisance and requested that he keep the difference...just make me 2 quilts at 30° instead of 20°. I made it clear I did not want, nor expect a refund for the difference.

He refunded it anyways. I have never, in my 48 years on this planet, dealth w/ a company w/ such high standards. George, u da man !!

I love his quilts. I have others but his just seem to always end up in my pack, they are my "go to".

This doesn't surprise me at all. You'll be hard pressed to find a guy as outstanding as George. He's a great guy who produces some of the best quilts on the market.

I have one of his 20*TQ and a 0*UQ. You will not be disappointed with the quality. Top notch!

That's amazing. George is a class A+ dude. I was similarly floored by his help and generosity when he was putting my gear together. We are lucky to have such a great option when buying outdoor gear!

Yep, George's customer service is top notch. I ordered a custom top quilt from George back in the day when most of the Quilt makers weren't doing custom order materials. So I had George order my material and colors I wanted. He made a wonderful quilt but the box was virtually destroyed by the USPS. One of the seams got pulled. George was insistent that he would order new material and make me a new quilt while allowing me to keep the current quilt. I shipped the other quilt back once I received the new one. Outstanding CS!!!
