While struggling through the emotional side of adopting my first child from China (and all the paperwork that comes with it), some great friends @TitaniumPyro and @DetailMan join me and Zoe for an overnight in Pisgah National Forest. We had quit the adventure filled with night hiking, a twig fire, resting in the hammocks, rock climbing (kinda), waterfalls, and a surprise bushwack.

Thanks, Tacoma. This might be one of my last trips for a while since we fly out May 2nd. I'll squeeze a short trip out over spring break if I can, but I've been in "family first" mode all of this year. I hope to day hike in for the John Rock Hang, my friend. See you there?
