I have an REI Quarter Dome Air Hammock I might be willing to part with. It is a full setup with straps and a rainfly. I also have the REI underquilt made for the hammock. I have only used this system a few times and it is in great shape. I just prefer gathered end hammocks.
Welcome to the site....
How tall are you and what do you weigh?
I have a discontinued version of my Happy Medium bridge in Olive Drab and a discontinued version of my Luxury bridge.
They are simply built with a fabric I no longer use.
That said- if you're just getting going a gathered end is usually a better place to start if you're looking to keep it cheap.
If you have a sleeping pad and bag- you can drop that into a bridge hammock- but most likely you'll need to pick up a tarp at minimum to be able to use it.
A group hang if possible is always a good start... Spring Mahaa is coming up in your area.
Still looking? If so you may want to bump it at least once every week. Items that are inactive are subject to being removed from the Market Place area, it allows members to know you are still interested and it will keep the moderators from "pinging" you! (Bumps mean to respond in the post)
