I've been sitting here, drinking my coffee, and making a tarp ridgeline...got one locked Brummel done, and as I was running the line through my fingers to start on the other end, I felt something funny. Upon inspection, there was an irregularity in the Dynaglide...all of the strands were intact, but it was loose, and funky, and "not right."
I prolly could use it for a lifetime w/o failure, but I would always know it was there, so I cut and spliced it.
Lesson: feel it up before you cut.
