Wahookie and I are excited to make our return to MAHHA after a couple years away. I think she’s most excited about the “new” group site bathroom facilities.

See ya in a couple weeks!

2019 Spring MAHHA May 3-5th Official Planning Thread

If there was a color combo that I love, it's in this recent donation from

    Cedar Ridge Outdoors
    https://www.cedarridgegear.com/
    https://www.facebook.com/crocustom

It's easy to really love this company and their superior products. Also, check out their patchwork printed quilt they posted on IG. Whoa.
    https://www.instagram.com/cedarridgegear/

Cedar Ridge Outdoors has been delivering quality, handmade camping hammocks and gear since they opened in 2015. Their goal is to provide a superior customer experience, tremendous value, and get people in the outdoors with great gear that won’t kill the budget.

Thank you, gentlemen, for your amazing $240 donation of a brand new 20° LeConte Topquilt. The LeConte Quilt is a ultralight, warm and highly customizable quilt. This quilt was made with Argon 67 (10D) inner and a "Liquify Pumpkin" printed Argon 90 (15D) outer shell, DownTek 850 FP Goose Down, and a Snap/Drawstring Footbox. The pictures don't do it justice, friends, so get psyched for this American Made quilt!

Can't make it this time due to the family wanting to do something else with the weekend. I hope the weather is nice and everyone enjoys the event. The Pig Roast is always a delicious treat that I will miss. Enjoy everyone.

First time coming to MAHHA. I'll be in a hammock, but my wife and kid will be in a tent. Is that ok? Not sure what MAHHA etiquette is.

They tolerate ground dwellers nicely. Don't put a tent between a nice set of trees, but there is room for tents, and usually are a few around.

I always like going SOBO; somehow, it feels like going downhill.

2019 Spring MAHHA May 3-5th Official Planning Thread

Give a "woot woot" for our next donating cottage company:

    LiteAF
    https://liteaf.com/

This sweet cottage company has literally exploded with growth since opening last year! Yes, LAST YEAR. The owner and employees are super-sweet to work with and they are very passionate about quality product.
    Love.
    Them.
They jumped into the industry with vision and pack-passions and my mind has been blown away when they show us the "latest and greatest" printed products. I swear, it just keeps getting better and better. "We specialize in ultralight hiking gear made from Dyneema composite fabrics. Our designs are for everyone from a 2000+ mile Thru-Hiker, a section hiker and a weekend warrior." Check out and share a link from below to thank them for their donation:

Thank you LiteAF for your donation of Fanny Packs - $80. You're a fresh company on your way to greatness (if you haven't already arrived).

Check out their donation of camo and galaxy printed fanny packs. I've tested their packs running through airports, on trail, and in other misc traveling. It's my go-to when I need a quick pack. Really handy and seriously durable. Please check em out if you haven't already. Thank you, LiteAF. *lots of hearts*

I want to think again of dangerous and noble things.
I want to be light and frolicsome.
I want to be improbable and beautiful and afraid of nothing
