Wasn't sure where to put this but since it was for making whoopie sling suspensions I'll try here.
Has anyone had problems with Redden Marine Supply's responsiveness. I ordered a quantity of Amsteel gray and zing it back on February 21st and immediately got an email confirming the order. After two weeks and nothing in the mailbox I sent an email via their website. I haven't had a response in four days so I sent another email tonight.
Is this a typical experience with them?

If it was 7/64" Amsteel in grey, it was on backorder when I looked at their website about 10 days ago. I've always found them to be very responsive and have received my orders quickly when the items are in stock. I'd call them, rather than email, to check the status. My guess it was out of stock due to creative DIY hammockforum.net members

An update as of this afternoon:
Sparrow emailed me and indicated they had been waiting on the Zing-It to come in and it would be shipped out today. I was just getting impatientand concerned since they had not responded to my emails. Website did not show any problems with any item being out of stock when I ordered.
Even fairly large orders from hammock campers are still small orders for Redden. Think about how big an order from a tugboat or someone making nets would be. I'd imagine it's easy for our orders to fall thru the cracks despite their best intentions.
