There is Thru-hiker, and ther is also Oware, I bought some from him slightly cheaper- but that was about 6 months ago.
Thanks, Te-wa also suggested Thru-Hiker.

If you don't mind paying more, thru-hiker has the lightest at 0.7 osy for $7.18 per yard in 54" width. At $3.19 per yard, you can get 0.9 osy noseeum from Ed Speer (Spring sale price). I have used this netting and I am very happy with it.
Oware's 54" nanoseeum .71 ounce/yd is only $6.00. I had a very positive experience with the owner also, highly recommended.
The Thru-Hiker nanoseeum is lighter than noseeum.
Try JoAnne's or Hancock Fabrics if you have one near you. If not, there should be some fabric store.
Look for Organza, either polyester or nylon. noseeum and nanoseeum are both polyester.
The polyester Organza I bought at Joanne's is the same weight as the nanoseeum I got from Thru-Hiker. With the 50% off coupon from JoAnne's, the Organzas is also less money and no shipping, but you will pay sales tax.
Also, with the Organza you have a choice of a color other than basic black.
I have stopped buying either noseeum or nanoseeum and just use Organza now.
The only thing about Organza is that you do have to hem the edges. With noseeum or nanoseeum that isn't necessary.

Is organza's mesh as small as noseeum?
Sometimes even a Blind Hog finds an Acorn
Here's a comparison of some nanoseeum and the white organza used for quilt baffles (Note: the organza I used is white and didn't show well against my white background and so I put a black peice of material behind the white organza for contrast)
The organza has a finer mesh than the noseeum.
Chiffon can also be used and the mesh, from my memory, is somewhat between organza and noseeum.

Does anyone know where to get the stretchy type of bugnet like ULA uses?

I was at Target the other day, and in their $1 bins, I found big "laundry sacks" made of mesh. Probably the size of 2 pillows laid next to each other. I don't know if that's the mesh you're talking about, Dutch, since it's not skeeter-proof, but it'd work for a pocket (that's what I got them for).
