Warbonnet Tarp Flexibility (Cat Cut Ridgeline)

Are the WB Thunderfly/etc more sensitive to roof-pitch angle than their straight-seam cousins because of the ridgeline curvature? I am considering adding a shallow curve to my DIY tarp ridgeline to help keep the panels nice & taut, but not if it compromises my ability to pitch at narrow (storm) or wide (heat blocking) configurations.

It has a cat cut ridgeline? Iv never noticed in mine. Cant be that significant.
Iv had my thunderfly pitched as tight as I could without notocing flappy issues. I did have spreader poles on it too though.

Iv not had it pitched super wide, only single pole tarp mode. Again, no issues.
