    You could, but there's no real need to...most of the others bridge makers cut theirs deeper/ lower centre of gravity/ more stable. But if your curiosity gets the better you, have a play.

    As you can see from the previous post pics, this is more like a tensioned stretcher. Along the lines of this...


    The top two suspenders take the weight while the bottom two provide tension, stability & shape. You can get away with a single bottom suspender if you need to.

    Just another way to hang between those lovely swaying trees...
