Chair mode sorrows. Amok dramur xl

Ok so I have had my dramur for over 2 weeks now. Overall I am absolutely tickled pink with it. I have one issue and I have worked on it for 2 weeks before i have decided to post here. Chair mode. I can’t seem to get a good chair mode like I did with the 3.0. The foot wants to flip under the hammock and the bend in the pad it quite sharp. Anyone else experience this issue or have experience fixing it.

Ya i have the same issues, the foot box flopps around alot when out and flips under if you push to hard down even not in chair mode. Still super comfy but wish they worked abit more on the foot box.

Have you tried not having the leg straps tightened as much?
Have you tried letting some air out of the pad?

    Carry forth.

Thanks for the reply’s. I have tinkered with it a bit and maybe it’s just a user error. I have inflated the pad higher than I think and the foot end is so springy that it pushes my feet back up and will not allow chair mode without conscious pressure downward then if I push a tad too hard it goes completely underneath. Then I slowly started letting air out trying to find the happy place. Once I get to where it will somewhat try to stay slightly down I have to be careful because a tad more pressure on my feet and then it flips under. I have found they the only thing I can do to keep it somewhere in the middle is to wedge my feet in the foot box with my toes up under the zipper and my heals in the bottom. As you can imagine that’s not very comfortable. I am sure with time I will find that sweet spot but for over 2 weeks it has eluded me.

it definitely takes some dialing in

I know personally, I want my pad (synmat 9) as full as it can go, and I get best stomach sleep results that way, and chair mode is great

it's too full to fold the foot end up for a graceful entry though

I prefer mine fuller too being a side/ stomach sleeper. I am using the fjol pad right now. I have a synmat 9 lw but I believe it’s too small for the xl

I have had my Exped 9 downmat in my XL and it works really good. I am about 6' tall.

fjol XL is the same thickness as the synmat 9 I believe, I would think you'd get pretty similar results with it full.

chair mode was definitely more chair when it's 75% or less inflated, but I just found it bunched up when stomach sleeping

I fill mine as full as I can get it, to the point where I can't force any more air in with the schnozzel (god, the hammock names are just awesome, fill a draumr with the synmat filled by the schnozzel)
