A trip report and photos I wish I didn't have.

For you in the Northwest you may have already heard this.

Someone I know has been lost in the Columbia River Gorge on the PCT for what now has been 7 days.

I spent yesterday north of Table Mountain in Washington searching for missing hiker Kathrine Huether on the PCT and driving some very remote snow covered logging roads.

Yesterday was also the day that the search was called off.

About three hours before Huether left the trailhead Thursday, a woman called authorities and reported a man exposing himself in the area.

They saying that the flasher has nothing to do with it and there is not a link but the unofficial view is that it might.

I plan on heading out in the area for some bushwhacking this weekend to look for any signs.
