    Superior Hammock Suspension buckle?

Just did my first overnight and enjoyed it. Used daisy chains and although they worked I did find it difficult to puuulll my hammock weight off of them before adjusting from loop to loop. I watched a VIDEO today where the guy positively reviewed the "Superior Suspension".
I looked on the Superior Gear site, and it looks like the suspension is on sale (Apr 30, 2019), but the photos show the "triangle" with a sharp angle at the end, vs. the curved end that was shown in the video. I wonder if that style is so new that they haven't even stocked them online yet? I was ready to purchase these but am hesitating since I prefer the idea of that inner curved design for finger comfort.

Man, The Marine is coming out with a lot of great crash course videos lately! He’s right about how cinch buckles are the best all around for exactly the reasons he covered. I like the look of those superior buckles because it fixes two big concerns with most buckles. They detach from the hammock and they are not as stubborn to loosen up. Definitely the best recommendation for beginners.

I have progressed to using a becket hitch with ultralight webbing. But that can be tricky to untie. I have found that using “Evo-Loops” on my hammock instead of standard continuous loops actually makes a difference. Keeps the knot from collapsing and makes it much easier to untie by just pulling the button knot in an opposing direction.

This guy on YouTube, Jeff Myers, is the mastermind behind them and he has several videos on how to use them and how to make them. You can email him to make an order or use his eBay store.

They are essentially a loop with a Button knot that functions as a soft shackle. You really need to watch a few of his videos to appreciate their versatility and advantages.

I took a quick look at his youtube, and will definitely do some video binging - however, I could not easily answer my question - what IS an EVO loop? I've heard of the button loops, but definition of EVO still eludes me?

It's basically a continuous loop with a bulky knot at one end that acts as a stopper. It is used to combine the functionality of a normal continuous loop and a soft shackle that can be easily undone, even while under load, and even one-handed.

Oh, I found the video I mentioned earlier about using Evoloops to make Becket hitch easier to untie. There are also some simple DIY solutions in the beginning that would also work well.
