    Talking NJ overnight location needed...

I have an event to attend on Saturday the 22nd, in Washington Twnshp NJ.. I want to do a short hike in to an overnight spot saturday evening, with an option for a nice loop on Sunday. I am coming from Long Island, NY. I don't want to go farther west to the DWG plus I'd like to avoid the AT given the heavy bubble traffic likely.

Any suggestions for someplace not to far off of Route 80 where I hang overnight (stealth or otherwise) and put together a hike for Sunday? I might just drive back towards Harriman SP, night hike in if needed and do a loop on Sunday.
Yes, my pack weighs 70lbs, but it's all light weight gear....

Thanks. I have both of those and just about every other NJ trail map. Looking for some first hand suggestions in lieu of just looking all the maps..

Sent from somewhere east of Montauk...

Which Washington Township? I believe there are two in NJ. One off the parkway near NYS and one off Rt. 80 out west.
