    Committing Possible Blasphemy...

Yesterday I hung my 35 year-old Pawley's Island Hammock out in the new yard here in Carolina without using ANY Dutch Bling!

[gawd... I hope he doesn't go outta bidnezz because of people like me]

Hahaha. Oh man, that is going to cause lower than projected quarterly earnings! Sweet hammock! I used to have one that my daughter and I would use to take naps in.

I've got one of those but I can't find it -- a friend of mine wants it and it has disappeared somewhere in the attic..... used to enjoy napping while swaying in the breezes...

Not nearly blasphemous to create a rift in the space/time continuum. It's not like you were ... on the ground
In order to see what few have seen, you must go where few have gone. And DO what few have done.

I'm on my 4th, 5th, or 6th (?) Pawleys Island hammock. As one begins to fall apart, we order a new one!

But then, I'm from SC and bought my first one on Pawleys Island after watching them being made.

Even more disturbing is that you’re hanging in a spreader bar hammock. I think Dutch would consider it to be a far worse blasphemy to defile his bling with such a contraption.

I bought one when I lived in SC and had it for years. Gave it to a friend whose backyard hammock had failed on him after moving back to the Midwest...his new puppy chewed it up within a week. Fortunately, I have even better hammocks now or I might have gotten mad. It was sooooo comfortable for an afternoon nap, though.
Oooh, shiney! What does THIS button do?
