    I started with a Silnylon Superfly, it is a really good tarp. Then I got a SilPoly 12' tarp. Recently I bought a 13' tarp, I had a choice of fabrics and I chose to go with SilPoly again, never had a durability issue and I prefer the low stretch & better water shedding of SilPoly.

    I have been well pleased with my Superfly 20d 11 footer.If you ever decide to go with dyneema cuben fiber I would highly recommend the Winter Palace over the Standard as the HG Standard is a mite too skimpy in my opinion but it IS significantly lighter than my Superfly.That's why I use it in warmer weather when the weather forecast is reasonable.
