The teal trail is the FHT.
Burrell's Ford is in the bottom left corner.
You can get to the camp site you're looking for from Burrell's Ford. Pass the parking lot and park at the bottom of the hill. If you cross the river, you went too far. It's the dark blue trail on the map here.
Or you can hike down from the Fish Hatchery. (Green Trail) When you reach the Chattooga River, cross the bridge over the East Fork and you'll be in the camping area. Labeled "Big Camping Area"
