    What Rev means is that loops that appear on the bottom came through the fabric from the top, so increase top tension. Loops that appear on the top were pulled through from the bobbin, so decrease tension.

    yeppers. Noobs.. leave the bobbin tension alone unless you know exactly why you are changing it. All the tension adjustments that noirmally need to be made are made to the spool thread. Warmsoda has said it eggsactly right.
