Shop vac to clear a deep hole -- why have I never thought of that, having done so many fence posts and pole barn supports. I'm gonna need a bigger shop vac.

Anyone ever used a post protector to make a removable hanging post? Probably need a bit bigger hole and more concrete...
Might be nice to be able to rotate it if it starts to bend in over time. Also be nice to pull it out over the winter, or to replace/paint/stain it.
Now you tell me. If I saw that beforehand I would have tried it. It probably would get distorted when using the foam, one would probably need to do something to keep it from collapsing when the foam expands. Cement would be a better option.

I cemented mine in. I can't imagine removing a 12' 6x6,,. Plus I hang year round. Why would I want to remove it?
