Donna here...
I just tried something. I turned of the wifi on my phone and tried connecting to our website...and it worked! Very confusing. I sent an email to the person working on this for us. Hopefully it is one step closer to solving the mystery.

I suspect the issue has been addressed. Yesterday I could not reach the site, today I can.
Good luck with it Donna and thanks for posting.

Hard connection to my computer (not wifi) - no go. Got the same SiteLock error everyone else is getting. Tried my phone with wifi off (using cellular data) and it loaded OK. Will try computer access later this week once we hear back from Donna.

Yes...we can not access our website from our direct connection to our internet provider either. We are thinking that Internet Service Providers have different firewalls...I think that is the idea...that don't let their customers connect to our website...I don't understand the lingo enough to explain completely. Something to do with Site Lock and the ISP firewalls I think. Tim has a better understanding. We hope to find out more tomorrow sometime.
Thank you to everyone for their help and patience!

SiteLock is server-side website security software. That means it is on the same system as your website and was probably set up by the same person who set up your website. Or maybe by your web host. So whoever is responsible for maintaining the software - you, your website tech person, or your web host - needs to adjust the SiteLock settings, reboot the software, or reboot the system. If, in fact it is a SiteLock problem, and, since the reported error is a SiteLock error, it is reasonable to assume that it is.
