I do a lot of kayak camping and invested in a Tensa 4 stand. Now there's very few places I can't hang. I saw someone offer to loan you one earlier.

"God never sends us anything we can't handle. Sometimes I wish He didn't trust me so much." - Mother Teresa.
I'll be pretty loaded up for 6 days. But I think relying on the tent plus bringing the hammock/tarp just in case will get me by. Still, all private land and farms 80% of the time, so it may just come down to trespassing - but on county/municipal land where I feel less "guilty" about it.
You could always use just the tensa solo if u can find one tree
Much less package

I planned one of my nights at a state park camp. Looks like I may need to find somewhere else in case it's still shut down. Dang, that was my ONLY guaranteed safe night.
Be a rebel and just go for it! You've been planning this trip since last August, so you've had plenty of time to plan. In a pinch, just pull up in someones backyard and see if they'd be willing to loan you the use of a couple trees for the night. You might even get lucky and they'll offer you a brew. I was hiking on the NCT a couple years ago and passed a campsite and tent on a two track...turned out the guy was down on his luck, but he still offered me a cold one from his cooler, so I took a pack off break and had a long talk with him.
