    Hello from Colorado

Hello everyone, my name is Greg. I have been hanging for a few years now on and off but have recently started taking it more seriously. My current set up includes a custom DH Sparrow, diy winter Tarp with doors, old Thermarest pad, and a diy telescopic aluminum bipod stand. Currently I am in the middle of designing my indoor hammock, which I think I will be making from Japanese denim as it is softer and then some form of cotton sheet lining. On another note, I am a Blacksmith and fabricator during the day, and I am working on designing and forging some indoor wall mounts that are actually pretty and won't require 5/16 or bigger lag screws. But will hopefully use normal decking screws like the L-track option Dutch sells.

I'm on the front range side. Specifically the Conifer Evergreen area.

Welcome - FoCo here in the front range too.

What are some good areas to camp that you've been at?

Me - Redfeather Lakes - Canyon Lakes District Ranger area, Dallas Divide Road/Dave Wood Rd. near Montrose, Veedawoo WY, Montgomery Pass off HWY 14 - Long Draw Res, and finally my back yard

Kansan here, and so jealous of those of you in Colorado. A great place to be outdoors, with so many options, and such great weather!

    Welcome to the forum!
