Smooth pebble or cork and a clove hitch??
Do you want them to join tarps or add attachment points to a tarp?
Nigel
attachment points.
i've emailed grip clips and they're going to give me a quote on posting some across, do you want any?
Would these do?

Tarp clips are mainly used to grab the edges of a tarp and secure them in some way. I'm not sure you could use them successfully to create pull-outs in the side if a tarp successfully. Now that I've said it I'm sure someone will chime in to say it CAN be done.
One big consideration for these types of connectors are that they are HEAVY. I picked up a couple of four-packs to help me temporarily string up an UQ I'm making out of a SB. I was shocked when I picked up the bag and realized that most of the weight was from the eight clips.
I saw another thread recently HERE that showed someone using small pulleys secured with a piece of inner-tube as a pull-out. Looks like it would work OK, and would probably be easy to find generic pulleys.
nigel, those clips, clip to the edge of a tarp whereas i'm after the one that'll create a pull out in the middle of the tarp material.
thanks anyway
Hope this helps..
