in a local marine supply store (Vancouver, BC). I doubt if you'll find that exact thing over there but it might be worth a glance in a marine supply store if you're near one.

seems to grip on my tarp fine but if you pull it at an acute angle it will slide so just try to get it as close as you can to 90 degrees pull out.
