I am bringing a sausage meatball type appetizer that is already cooked it just need to be warmed. I am going to have them in aluminum casserole tins that you get at the super market. I am thinking that I could even lay them on the charcoal if I had to. What size is the grill rack, I may have one I could bring?

You will be fine with the set up you said to heat them up. There is a rack above the pit, it is just a little far to cook raw food for masses.

Hey Bakeel, do you have room in your truck for a grill? I'm trying to figure out how to get it and gear for me and the 2 boys into a Ford Focus. If you have room, when you pick up Scottish Pirate he can guide you to my house. I live only like a mile from him.

I will be leaving after my boys get done school, so I will be on the road by 4:30 at the latest I hope.

Rum Cake is cooking now, going to do the glaze topping at the camp site, will require a couple minutes of cooking on a heat source.
