Amen to that! My wife and i were in a state park in Maryland about 10 years ago----they made you read a disclaimer before they let you camp there for the night----it had all sorts of good info like: dont use explosives tocatch fish, dont cut down live trees to use as fire wood, green wood doesnt burn, no chainsaws allowed in the park etc-----We had a good laugh over the whole thing! Obviously they had a few problems with people over the years! (idiots are every where!)
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

In Big Bend, we stayed at Cottonwood, a typical Natl Park self serve campground with the rules posted on a board at the entrance. I woke up at midnight thirty hearing a radio... lights out and quiet time begins at 10pm. Walked over to where the sound was coming from and found two guys cooking dinner on a wood fire, using a grill that had a big sign on it: No Wood Fires. They had unsplit cord wood with them!

"What rules? I just got here," he said in response to my complaint. Told me to go away, using sign language.

Next morning at 0700, as they lay in their pickup truck, with the big lid open, I rolled my motorcycle over and pointed the muffler right at them. For some reason it wouldn't keep running, so I had to start it several times before I left!

Skippy told me later that they got in trouble with the park employees, and departed early without paying. Idiots!

This world is definitely in no short supply of ignorant people.
Sadly, I don't expect it to change either.
