What a great offer. Like to put my name in as well as I have a nephew that would take a lot of joy in this. Not to mention I've made my brother a recent convert to hammocks and now am outfitting his family with hammocks.

Please add Brayden (5), Taylor(5) and Bella(2.5) to the list. they love hammocking with dad and would love their own (especially if it is a kewl bridge with bugnet)

Thanks for the great decision to share!

Gage wants to be on the list.

My son Gage is 6 years old and 45" tall. I just bought my first hammock and was trying to figure out how I was gonna bring him.

I'll throw my almost 2 year old Aubrey in. She takes naps with me in mine, but would get plenty of use out of it as she grows. She'll be hanging with her mom in "their" Blackbird this summer.

My daughter is slightly too big (and already has her own Hennessy Scout)...
But I had to comment: An awesome idea, very generous of her! She is such a cutie, bet you're proud as heck!

Can you give us the dimensions for that hammock so that those that don't win the drawing can mimic it?

final fabric size after hems etc, 52" long, 32" on ends, 25" middle, 22" spreader bars.
Sides of triangle suspension 28". The long triangle sides help stabilize hammock for kids. This is important if you make one this size

Suggestion if your kid is going to be approaching the 48" mark in the next year. Go to Grizz's bridge hammock guide and just do all the measurements at 75%. Example total length 80" would be 60" etc. I did this on the new one I made 2sticks and it worked great. This will cover her up to 5' then she will be ready for a full size bridge. I think I made the spreader bars a little shorter since 2sticks is pretty thin but that was the only change I made.

I probably used Grizz's guide and used the % method on the hammock in this thread too but I have slept since then

Thought that 2sticks may only get a couple takers but it looks like it is going to be more than expected. This is a big step for 2sticks since she normally likes to keep everything forever.

Take your kids camping (even if you have to use a tent)
