She had to plant her garden TODAY

It's pouring outside, but my wife wasn't going to let that stop her garden from being planted today. I tried to explain that it was not possible to hang a tarp over her garden, but I wasn't getting out of it that easy. So I rigged up the OES and she's happy. Marriage saved

I think I need a bigger tarp... It doesn't quite cover the whole garden.

ABSOLUTELY you do ... you need to think of your wife ... not yourself

at the very least, if your wife aint happy, aint NOBODY happy!

ask for new gear while she is happy!

You are very noble. It's pouring in Connecticut, too, but I'm not planting my garden. I'm running my sump pump!

As long as she doesn't use your hammock for a tow strap, or a planter, its a good gear test.

"I fish because I love to; because I love the environs where trout are found, which are invariably beautiful... because, in a world where most men seem to spend their lives doing things they hate, my fishing is at once an endless source of delight and an act of small rebellion; because trout do not lie or cheat and cannot be bought or bribed or impressed by power, but respond only to quietude and humility and endless patience...." --Robert Traver
