Ya'll are makin' me feel bad for the jerky accident. O.K. I'm better now!
Just got back from a little try out hike up in the back 40. Picked up a great pack at the Goodwill store yesterday. It's a brand new looking Marlboro adventure team backpack. Weighs in at 3# 4ozs.BUT, the suspension system is way better than my other pack so, I tested it today and it really feels great!

Time dragging again here at work............
Done at 5, softball game at 6:30, pack the van up at 9, asleep by 10, leave at 4 am, Gorge at noon.
At least that's the plan.

Hmm ... off at 5:00, up at 5:00am tomorrow, take wife to Wrightsville Beach for the day ... come back home while not showing any excitement for Saturday ... only on the fun of the day at the beach
Saturday ... Drop son off at the airport ... hit the road by 6 am ... meet Ken and Jim at Babel Towers trail head!!!!! Life is good for three days!!!!

About to load the pack into the truck, run a few errands, and then hit the road for the Gorge!
