Hey Tinker, count me in!
Just got the OK from my wife. I've been hammocking for a few years but new to the Forums. I’ve never had the chance to camp with other hangers. Really looking forward to this and finally seeing the Gorge for the first time...

Take a lot of pictures! Finally found another home, unfortunately it's not near the Gorge. Should probably start thinking about vacation time... for Halloween?

Well pal ... we'll definitely do something again this fall!
As it is on this trip ... I'm going to be taking the blonde probably to Wilmington for the day (14th) for her birthday. If I can swing it I might be in the Gorge early in the week and then from the 15th to the 17th myself.
Probably looking at coming down Spence or Conley and camping somewhere near last year's hang ... or a bit south to await the group coming up the trail. Depends on how early a start I can get.
Then for Sunday night .. not sure yet but might move on to the north end of the gorge and check out some of the USFS trail work that's going on. Might revisit Camp Hobo for the night ... good place isn't it Ken?
Looks like Indonesia is going to be adequately covered from this month through the first of June ... so unless something goes south in China ... I'm golden for May!

Yep, Hobo is a good spot. I may be with you on the trek in from Spence on Saturday. We'll have to work out the details once the main group knows about where they'll be Saturday night.Sure would be good if you could come ... being a "patched" Gorge Rat and all!
