It might be helpful if we could come up w/ a way to let late arrivers to the Table Rock Parking lot know two things.
1)... Has group 1 reached the trail going up to the top of Table Rock & taken it up?
2)... Has group 1 crossed through the Table Rock parking area & continued south on the MTS Trail?

I've not been up to the top of Table Rock (need to), so I don't know how far that trail head is from the parking area.
Anyone have a suggested place to leave a note at the parking area where it could be found by someone that's never been there, but would not get moved or considered littering?
We could always write on the wall inside the pit toilet

I was thinking the same thing. If we were to leave some sign that we had passed through the parking area, late arrivals would know to head south.

If the sign isn't there, head north towards Tablerock and find us.

I'm guessing we should pass the parking area by noon, even with the side trip.

Maybe something as simple as building a little rock pile along the side wall of the outhouse. Any other suggestions?

How about a piece of surveyors tape tied to the end of the fence that divides the upper and lower parking area?

Jerry, I keep forgetting to mention it, but Jim de Friess is supposed to be coming in with Hawk-Eye and myself on Saturday. He's a hammock camper, but I don't think he's a member here.
