    next generation of hammockers here

hey there everyone , very glad to be part of your forums! me and my freinds have been hammocking for about a year now , but we've been backpacking since we were wee little lads=) we're 16 yrs old , most of my hiking buddies and i are sophomores in high school (except my dad of course). i'm just here to improve my setup , and wiggle my way into the hanging community. in a few years we plan on through hiking the AT so for now im aiming at perfecting my hammock setup and making it as light , simple , and comfortable as possible. im currently hanging in an eno , but i ordered a blackbird recently. most of my freinds hang either in eno's or hennesy's , and we're always looking for ways to improve our comfort , hopefully i can get some good tips and whatnot here. nice to meet you all!

Welcome to the forum! You should find lots of little ways to tweak your setup here. I can't promise they'll all be improvements, but you'll have fun with them anyway!

Hey welcome to the forum Zach and friends. I've got a BB and love it. There's a lot of info around here, pretty much everything you'll need except you have to supply the pics of your rigs.
