Assuming that is the popular 3/8" thick Walmart closed cell pad, it may or may not be enough bottom insulation. Depends on how cold/warm natured you are.
I would personally need more. When you say 4x4 pad from Speer, I assume your talking about the SPE. It is very nice. I have the 2x2 and the 4x4. They work really well. I've used 3 pads in one before in very cold weather.
Are you referring to the Speer top blanket? If so you would only need your 20 degree bag. At that temperature the bag alone should be sufficient on top. Use your sleep clothing for extra warmth.
Do some backyard testing before you head out. Always plan for temps around 10 degrees colder than expected.

An extra 1/4" thick pad would work as a backup. The Thermarest Ridgerest is 5/8" thick and might be enough by itself. Plenty of talk about pads in the archives here.

Personally, I use a Ridgerest and a 20 degree bag. Add that to a set of thermals, knit cap and warm socks and 30 degrees isn't difficult to stay warm at all.

Individual comfort is a hugely individual thing. Add to that potential significant differences in the specific area's climate/weather (humidity, wind, precip, large day/night temp swings) which impacts what clothing you're packing and is available for a sleep system.

FanaticFringer already gave the best two pieces of advice I can think of; do backyard experiments and plan for temps 10 degrees lower than forecast.
