I have been looking at the BB for a few weeks and was reluctant to make the leap for a new setup until I read DoCburnS post on first hang first damage.It seems he damaged his webbing on the first night in the BB and Brandon offered to send him a new one.That is what sold me on the BB I really appreciate when someone stands behind there product and does the right thing that simple gesture told me that Brandon is a stand up guy and he earned a new customer for it.I ordered a BB,Superfly,Doorkit,and some Biners.I can't wait to get it
