ok im planning an underquilt right now, it will be 2/2.5 inch baffles ran head to toe, every 6 inches on the top piece and every 7 or 7.5 on the bottom piece.
i see how this will make the width of the bottom piece wider, and will allow it to not compress when its wrapped around me.
my question is this. how do i make the bottom piece longer than the top piece?
if i make the head to toe baffles shapped like "(" will that be enough to keep the bottom piece from compessing the down.
i hope that makes sense to you guys. ive just read people posting that the bottom piece needs to be longer and wider than the top piece, i just dont see how i can make it longer with the way im doing the baffles.
thanks for the help
