If you hang from the ceiling think long span unless you want your butt a few feet off the ground. Have the BB hanging right now from the ceiling. The distance between the connection points is ~20ft. The ceiling/floor beams have pre-drilled holes for electrical, plumbing or whatever. Just grabbed couple lengths of strong rope and looped then through the holes.

lol I will have a good 4 1/2 feet under me. I have a good sized basement, but thanks I'll try that! I'm just trying to be able to make multiple spots in my basement so my buddies and I can chill in our hammocks down there for chillin purposes lol. but thanks again!
