    WTB: 6 feet rope

    Hi.

I need 6 feet of high strenght and thin rope. Something like amsteel or Aircore Plus (at least 1000lbs breaking strenght). I could buy from BPL but i only need 6 -8 feet right now.

    Let me know.

    Thanks!

What are you using the rope for that needs such a short amount (6-8')?

If you are doing chain links are continuous loops, it might be easier to buy them from AHE or Opie. Opie also does custom work so that might be an option.

If it is something else, West Marine has stores in Canada and does stock Amsteel in various sizes but it does cost more per foot than their US counterparts.

    Cheers

I have loads of short scraps of both 7/64(1400 pounds) and 1/8th inch(2500 pound) laying around all over the shop in almost every color, I plan to do a scrap/seconds/odd ball/ samples sale soon.

PM me what you want and I can get it to you this week.
