where to buy toggles (t bar) DIY shock cord in USA?

I wish to make shock cords of varying lengths with different type ends depending on my needs. Toggles or Tbars, hooks and balls, etc.
I found several suppliers in the UK but none stateside.
Here's examples of the type ends I am looking for. I'll be Picthe proper size shock cord also. I think 5mm (3/16) and 8mm (5/16) is what I need.
Various duty like furling a tarp, shock cord tensioners for guylines...many uses

    Pics are from BOUNCINGRABBIT.CO.UK

I am hoping to avoid the post cost from UK to here

That should be a relatively easy DIY... get your cord and some hollow tube for the toggles. Drill a hole in the side of the tube, thread in cord, tie a stopper knot in cord and pull it tight!

Sorry, I don't know of a supplier for that item. this is the first time I've ever seen anything like it. Looks like a handy item, I think I'll make myself a couple!

I get my shock cord at the local hardware store. They always have it in stock, sell it by the foot, and it's has a better than 2:1 stretch. The only minor issue is the fact that it's white. That doesn't bother me, but somebody is bound to complain.

They have some MONSTER stuff that has to be about 1" diameter. I'm so tempted to make a suspension out of it. What could possibly go wrong with sleeping in a slingshot?

    edit:
If you don't have a hardware store close who stocks it, here's an online source. http://www.reefscuba.com/bungee.htm

They list the 5/8" as having a minimum breaking strength of 500 pounds... This is bad. I'm so going to end up with a bungee cord suspension.

Not sure if you were looking for just the toggles or shock cord and toggles. Anyway here's a great place for the shock cord.

TOB, I think it would look cleaner if you could conceal the knot. I think some sort of plastic, ABS or otherwise, tubing would work best.
