Spinn
Sil
What's everyone's preference and why?
I favor Spinn because after a couple of years of use, it seems to have all of sil's positive traits, plus a few bonuses like weight and a lack of moisture pass-thru on contact.
At least in my real world usage, neither material seems any more or less durable than the other.
Trust nobody!
sil...
I can't justify the additional cost. (and I like colors other than grey!)

Like AC i like the colors and have never liked the grey. But never say never

I haven't used my Spinn tarp yet, but I have no complaints about my Sil tarp either.
It's only an addiction if you're trying to quit
Spinn...lighter (by a bunch), no stretch.

All I have is sil so that is my vote. Spinn down the road though......))))))))
I saw beeps and it was nice.

i still like sil better because of the color options, and it packs a good bit smaller than the spinn, and is alot easier to stuff. the spin does perform well though, but you get good performance from a tightly pitched sil tarp as well
very similar product, equal performance - I go for the lighter spinn.
Those who expect disappointment are never disappointed.
After playing a bit with Spinn... I definitely prefer Sil. I think it's a texture thing for me. I just don't care for the crinkly paper feel of it. I like the benefits, but for now it's Sil for me.
